Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow 6 - 10 business days for your order to arrive. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All Chic Sassy Pets orders ship via ground services unless otherwise noted. Should you required a rush shipment, please email customer support at email@example.com, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET. to arrange rush delivery.
Our custom products are made to order and require an extended lead time prior to shipping. When ordering a custom product, please reference the lead time provided on the product page. Please note: once processed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. If you have any questions regarding custom items please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET.
All orders made at www.chicsassypets.com can be cancelled as long as the cancellation is completed prior to the item being shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order status has been updated to "shipped." Please review our return policy for information on returning items.
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours, should your shipment arrive damaged. Your prompt response will allow us to quickly authorize a replacement or refund of your purchase. Please refer to our "Return Policy."
Please note: you are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as applicable restocking fees for all orders refused at the time of delivery. The total refund for your order will be processed less these costs.
Refunds are issued on regularly priced items only. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If your refund is approved, your credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically. Refunds are usually issued within 5 business days from confirmation of receipt of returned merchandise.
