How do I return an item?

At Chic Sassy Pets, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pet parents are busy, so we've made our return policies easy and convenient. Most new, unopened merchandise sold at www.chicsassypets.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Special orders must be cancelled by the next business day following order placement and cannot be returned after delivery and acceptance. We encourage you to inspect your merchandise upon receipt. Defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Need to Return Something?

Send our friendly customer support team an email at support@chicsassypets.com. We'll be happy to provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning your product, if applicable.

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Restocking fees may apply. The original shipping charges, if applicable, incurred on your purchase is not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
